HiQ at SERVIEW26

From 19 to 21 May 2026, HiQ will be attending the SERVIEW26 in Seeheim-Jugenheim — one of the key meeting points for IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management, ITIL and digital transformation.
One highlight will be our presentation “Maintenance at the Push of a Button: Digital Sales and Service Process for Steam Turbines with Jira Service Management.” On 21 May at 11:30, Johannes Tegethoff from HiQ and Ulrich Tschakert from Siemens Energy will show how a complex sales and service process in an industrial environment was digitized end to end.
In this session, HiQ and Siemens Energy will share insights into the redesign of the offer/order process for the maintenance of steam turbines and generators in the Fieldservice Site Support area. Using Jira Service Management, a scalable process was created that seamlessly connects quotation creation, order placement and operational service delivery.
The focus will be on Jira Service Management as a process and collaboration platform, the integration of asset data for better planning of service assignments, and the integration of Salesforce for a consistent customer and pipeline view.
Participants will learn:
- how modern ITSM principles can be applied to traditional industrial services
- which organizational and technical challenges can arise in such a project
- which best practices help create measurable value for sales, service organizations and customers from a digital process.
